Wind southwest 25 to 35 knots with gusts to 45 along the coast late

 near noon Saturday and to north 35 to 45 Saturday afternoon. Wind
 backing to northwest 35 Saturday evening. Rain and snow beginning

 late this evening. Wind becoming southwest 25 late overnight then

 45 Saturday evening. A few flurries changing to snow or rain

Wind southwest 30 knots except southwest 15 to 20 over southern
 sections. Wind diminishing to variable 15 to 20 late overnight then
